Using JELQ Method to Enlarge

Now let's introduce the Arabic JELQ milking method which is one of the most important practices in the manual. Here we focus on introducing the principle of the method and practice methods. This method should be practiced daily to ensure that the penis maintain the largest cell capacity. Keep doing the exercise for three-month, you will see the result. Six weeks latter, many people including myself have been 1-inch length of growth.

Before your practice you should seize your penis head and gently pull out. And then you should circle the direction of rotation of your penis. JELQ milking method is made up these steps. First, you should gently massage the penis to maintain the blood in the penis. Use your thumb and forefinger to seize the penile shaft (bottom).
